The project involves the establishment of a 2x20MVA, 110/11kV GIS sub-station at BIMS (Civil Hospital) in Belagavi, including the construction of a 110kV terminal bay at the Neharu Nagar sub-station. It also includes the installation of a 110kV class, 630sqmm XLPE underground cable over a distance of 2.164 km from the existing Neharu Nagar sub-station to the new GIS sub-station, along with the supply and erection of all necessary materials and equipment, excluding the 11kV switchgear.
