The delivery period of goods/related services will be 60 days from the date of placement of order. The location of delivery of goods related services will be the premises of the Deptt. of Food science and nutrition, CCAS, MPUAT, Udaipur. The order will be placed by the Director Research, MPUAT Udaipur or any other unit officers of the university and the supply is to be made at FOR Indenter Office or as specified in the supply order within the area of MPUAT, Udaipur. Payment will be made by indenting officer after satisfactory supply and successful installation, commissioning, and one week training to technical staff. Transportation, installation/commissioning and successful running of the required unit has to be done by the bidder at their cost. The cost of foundation, electric fitting, wiring, earthing, control panel to be borne by the bidder. Liability on the part of University will arise only when the supply order is issued by the Intending Officer of the University. Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction at Udaipur only. Rates, if approved, shall remain effective up to date 31.01.2026 and the approved supplier has to execute all the orders received by him up to date 31.03.2026. In case of DC welding machine, after supply and installation the demonstration and training should be given to the person concerned. |
